Returns

If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for refund or credit. With the exception of shipping errors and damaged or defective product, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to Hypertrophy Enterprises with freight prepaid and notice of shipment and tracking information.

As soon as your return is received by Hypertrophy Enterprises and verified to be in new, like-new condition, or defective condition (suspiciousley defective or incomplete) your refund will be issued. We will issue a credit via the original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. If this fails, we will issue a check to your billing address.

Hypertrophy Enterprises reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Please inspect all merchandise at time of delivery before signing receipt with driver. Note any and all damage with the delivery driver.

Items That Are Not Returnable

LPGmuscle does not accept returns of the following items without prior contact:

Any or all returns without prior notice given to Hypertrophy Enterprises
Opened packaged Gloves and Belts
Any opened and/or used DVD
Products purchased more than 30 days ago
